A parting gesture to Sage.

Truth is, some of the top brass were right up their own holes. So we invited some of them to tell us what makes a good leader. But we added a couple of unexpected twists to catch them off guard. By twists we mean kids, causing them to ditch any formulaic answers. We hadn’t a clue how the leaders would react to the surprise interviewers - or the close-to-the-bone feedback we’d lined up. Went down a storm though.
